Built in 1946 and delivered to South African Airways in March 1946. To The South African Air Force between January 1966 - 1968 as 6901 and between 1970 and August 1995 as 6902. To Aero Air as ZS-NUR. To The Dutch Dakota Association (DDA) in January 1966, keeping its South African callsign. In May 1996, the aircraft was reregistered PH-DDS. Exported to South Africa again in November 2002, becoming ZS-AUA with Springbok Flying Safaris. In December 2010, the aircraft went to the South African Airways Museum Society at Rand airport.
