Re-manufactured to DC-4 standard for United Airlines after military service, hence the square windows. Here it is probably on an immigrant charter to the USA or even Australia. Later it went to Belgian International Air Service as OO-DEP and was wrecked on take-off from Leopoldville (FZAB) on 29 November 1964 when it hit a fuel drum left on the runway.
