Delivered to Aeroflot as CCCP-12975 in 1969. Leased to Balkan as 12975 in 1992. Back to Aeroflot as RA-12975 around 1993 then to Ural Airlines in 1994. To 3C-OOZ in 2000 then to UN-11007 in 2002.
