Built in 1968. Probably used by the Soviet Military. Registered to MOM Kirov Engine Production Association as RA-46741 in 1987. To Aviatek as RA-46741 in 1994 then to Armenian Airlines as EK-46741 in 1998 and Phoenix Avia by 2001. Crashed after takeoff from Payam, Iran in 2006.
