Delivered to Continental N26863 in 1970. To Boeing in 1975 and converted to a freighter for the Imperial Iranian Air Force as 5-291. Reserialled as 5-8112 in 1976. To Boeing as N8289V then to El Al as 4X-AXZ in 1977. Leased to Avianca as HK-2400X in 1981 and returned as 4X-AXZ in 1982. Scrapped at Tel Aviv in 1999.
