Built for the Soviet Air Force in 1963. Registered to Ulan Ude Aircraft Production Organisation as CCCP-12174 in 1987. Reregistered as RA-12174 in 1993. To Sky Cabs as 4R-SKL in 1998 and Inter Trans Air as LZ-ITS in 2000. Withdrawn from use at Gorna Orechovitsa, Bulgaria in 2002 and scrapped by 2006.
