The upper windows of this 1940 DST are just visible. Commandeered by the USAAF as C-49F, 42-56613, on 8 June 1942. To Delta Air Lines in 1944 as NC28345. Crashed in a thunderstorm in Texas on 17 May 1953. 19 of 20 people on board were killed.
