This Fitter-K was built in July 1985 and flew with the 40. Pulk Lotnictwa Mysliwsko-Bombowego (40th Fighter-Bomber Aviation Regiment) based at Swidwin. It flew also withe 8. and 40. Eskadra Lotnictwa Taktycznego (8th and 40th Tactical Aviation Squadron) before retirement in 2007 and allocated for preservation.
