RA-76759 not to be confused with UR-76759 which is a different frame. RA-76759 was operating with Traverse Cargo titles for one year, 1996/1997. Before and after this period the airplane was assigned to Sukhoi. The fact that this IL-76 was at Le Bourget during the Airshow, it may have been operating for Sukhoi as a support aircraft.
