Privately owned at the time of this photo. It went to Borinquen Air in early 1983 as N28PR. To Del Caribbean Corporation Jun 87. Written off 1 Mar 89 when an engine failed on base leg and it crashed in a lagoon 2 miles short of the runway at Isla Verde PR.
