I thought the Britannia was a most beautiful airliner and certainly the quietest at the time. The CL-44 derivative which Transglobe/Tradewinds also used was more capable but the lines were slightly spoiled by the incorporation of the CV-990 type cockpit to gain regulatory approval for the CL-44
