This aircraft was delivered to the Czechoslovak air force in 1965. In 1982, it was converted to an ejection seat testbed and used as such by the VZLÚ until 1991, when it was placed in storage. After it was retired from service in 1997, it eventually ended up on outdoor display at the former steel works in the Dolní Vitkovice district of Ostrava and was painted in a very garish red, blue and yellow scheme. After several years in Ostrava, the aircraft was moved to the Kbely museum in Prague in 2023.

Former ejection seat test bed, mostly as OK-016. Built in 1964 and delivered in 1965. Last flight in May 1997 with some 1350 hours and 3050 landings on the airframe. Brought here in smart VZLU livery with serial 0816, early August 2012. Later mostly grey and by 2017 these hideous colours started to be put on. The wording Svět Techniky Ostrava and S-T logo on the nose indicate the location: the Science and Technology Centrum at the old steel furnaces in Ostrava-Vítkovice.
