This was built in 1934 and purchased by the diversifying Baťa company, mainly for the Continental A-40 light piston engine. It flew in Czechosovakia as OK-ATW until the German occupation in 1938, when it was stored in a hangar in Otrokovice and then in a shed with a leaky roof so that it was badly damaged by corrosion. In 1969, it was transported to Kbely for proper storage in the VHÚ depository, however, the wings were too badly damaged to be saved. The demanding restoration, including the manufacture of new wings, has now been completed and it is now on public display.
