When pictured at Reno Steadfield, this Tarhe served the 1165th TptCo of the Nevada Army NAtional Guard. The Tarhe became N4099L after its storage period at AMARC. The helicopter was sold to Erickson and was converted to S-64E. In 2006, it became HL9443 with Sallim-cheong, the Korean Forestry Service as FP202.

This CH-54A was assigned to 1165th TptCo of the Nevada Army National Guard from Reno Steadfield (NV). The Skycrane served the US ARMY up to 1992. It was preserved at Kenosha (WI) from September 1997. It was moved to Russell (IL) after the museum was closed by October 2007.
