This 2002 Robinson R44 C-GTIL was photographed at the National Helicopters heliport Bolton, Ontario. At the time it was owned by Technisonic Industries Ltd. which develops aeronautical band VHF ground equipment and Special Mission Airborne RF and audio communications systems. It was re-registered C-GVOC in May 2013 one month prior to Technisonic taking delivery of a new Robinson R66 turbine registered C-GTIL.

The Regional Municipality of Durham acquired this Bell 206B-3 in June 2003 for the Durham Regional Police Service. The JetRanger was built at the Bell Helicopter factory in Mirabel, Quebec and is based at YOO Oshawa Airport. Durham is a large municipality located immediately east of the City of Toronto. Toronto is Canada's largest city but does not utilize any Police helicopters. The York Region Police serving the area immediately north of Toronto flies an Airbus EC120 based at Buttonville Airport.

Bell 429, C-GWRD departs the (CNB2) National Helicopters Heliport in Bolton, Ontario (13 mi N of YYZ) on the C150 Global Odyssey ("C150GO") around-the-world helicopter flight to celebrate the 150th anniversary of Canadian Confederation. Businessman Bob Dengler, his son Steven and check pilot Rob "Dugal" MacDuff, flew 19,955 nm making 92 Stops in 14 Countries during 30 flying days (over 48 calendar days) before they touched down in Montreal on Aug. 17, 2017. This Bell 429 replaced Dengler's Bell 206L-4 C-GWRD in 2011, and was later exported to the US in July 2019 as N429CM.
