Ryanair titles didn't last long.

Delivered to Continental in March 1995 as N73385. To KLM uk in March 2003 as G-BZZI, operating for Buzz until March 2003. To Ryanair in May 2003, withdrawn from use in October 2004. To Thomsonfly in December 2004 as G-THOF. To Thomson Airways in October 2008. Withdrawn from use and stored at Shannon between January - June 2009. To AVE.com in June 2009 as A6-PHH. To Global Jet United Arab Emirates in August 2011. Listed as stored by mid September 2021.

One of two (the other being G-THOE), which were used by Thomsonfly when it first started operations from here. The pair were known locally as 'The Thomson Twins'.

The tail is painted out to disguise Continental Airlines and in the background the Jumbo's tail is painted out to disguise Polar air Cargo. Using the same paint perhaps?

Whilst I love the low fare revolution that Ryanair have helped bring about, this aircraft does not do them justice with a hybrid ex Continental Airlines paint scheme.
