First reported in 1982 as CCCP-48971 with MAP Ulan-Ude APO and transferred to Aviastar in 1992. With Azerbaijan Airlines c1995 and to Air Cess as EL-AKV in December that year, to 3D-AKV in January 1998 and TL-ACJ in November same year. Disappeared on 24th October 1998 en route Goma-Kigali after an unspecified problem which caused the crew to divert to Kisangani. Wreck found almost a year later near Lubutu, 200km from Goma

Operated by Air Cess. Reg change in 1998 to 3D-AKV. To Centrafrican Airlines in Sep 98 as TL-ACJ. Crashed for unknown reasons 24 Oct 98 en route from Goma to Kigali. The wreckage was only found 1 Aug 99.
