Originally with the US Navy, 148014 entered inventory at MASDC on Mar 28, 1974. Later to Maryland State Police as N62293, it came to Canada as C-GMMR with Keystone Aerial Harvesting 1981 to 1983 then with Terr-Air Rotary. Written off in an accident at Indian Arm, BC on February 16, 1984, the report has few details except that is was fatal for the two crew members.
