Delivered as a F-86D to the US Air Force in 1953, this Sabre was temporarily stored in 1955 until re-activated and upgraded to a F-86L in 1956. Transferred to the Oregon Air National Guard in 1961, the aircraft was displayed beside Albany Municipal airport (1961 - 1983). It moved to the Hill Aerospace Museum in Utah where it was restored and put on display.
