This Cherokee Six airframe was a mystery at first. The real identity of this airframe is c/n: 32-225 belonging to G-AWCZ which was damaged during an aborted take-off at Chirk Airfield, Wrexham, Clwyd on 24 April 1976. Afterwards it had been in use as an instructional airframe with a fake tailnumber at Cranfield for a short period of time. The original G-AWOZ was allocated to an AESL Airtourer T.2, c/n: 507.
