Mosphil Aero operated its first commercial flight from Zamboanga to Sandakan in 11.06 using this ex-Tyumen An-24 with a Russian crew. There were plans for Filipino crews to undergo training at Kiev, but the company suspended operations in 2.07 and the aircraft has been stored ever since
