Around 360 examples of the Doppelraab were produced with the Doppelraab IV becoming the main production model. This example was built in 1964 and originally registered D-6351, before becoming OY-XIT in May 1977. It was cancelled from the Danish register in November 1981 and donated for preservation.

Built in 1964 by Segelflugverein Hoya and registered as D-6351. In May-1977 it was registered in Denmark as OY-XIT. In May-1978 its certificate of airworthiness expired and then it was cancelled in Nov-1981. The same year it was donated to the Dansk Veteranflysamling at Stauning which in Jun-2007 changed name to Danmarks Flymuseum.
