Delivered to the USAAF as 45-1001 then to the Brazilian Air Force as 2021 in 1945. To VOTEC as PT-KYW in 1978 then to Taxi Aerea Fortaleza in 1986. Withdrawn from use at Fortaleza in 1991. Moved to Curitiba-Bacacheri by 2019 and parts used to restore another DC-3, remains scrapped.
