Written off in landing gear collapse at the Lawa Anapaike Airstrip on 30 December 2020. The airstrip is located along the Sipiliwani river in the extreme south of Surinam.

The prototype Texas Turbines Conversions Supervan 900. This conversion sees the original PT-6 engine replaced with the Honeywell Garrett turbine and a four bladed prop. It was in Vernon on its way to Alaska for demonstrating at an aviation convention. No longer carried on the US registry
