Ex Pelita PK-PLS, transferred Apr 1982 and became A-1325 with Indonesian Air Force Dec 1995. The Hercules was on approach to Madiun-Iswahyudi Airport when it hit four houses before skidding into a rice field. It burst into flames on impact 20th May 2009
