The engine stopped while on approach. The aircraft hit a ditch just outside the airfield and flipped on her back. Luckily both occupants came out with just some cuts and bruises.

Minutes after the crash. The aircraft run of fuel on final approach and hit the ditch on the airfield perimeter. The two occupants were injured. According to the investigation report, the pilot had not accounted for his higher fuel consumption whle flying in formation with slower aircraft.
