Assembled in New Zealand 1968. Sold in Australia as VH-HSB in 1988. Damaged at Athlone Station, NSW, on April 16, 2000 when it failed to become airborne. Registration revoked 2006. QAM's example uses the fuselage and wings of -HSB and the tail booms of VH-TTV. Restored in its original markings.
