Flying in the hands of Wg Cdr. Udai Pratap Singh at Aero India 2019, the Saras (Sanskrit: Crane) project has undergone a revival since Feb 2017. Featuring an improved flight control system and radar, Saras is designed as a light transport aircraft intended as a 9-14 seat commuter with the capability to operate from hot and high-altitude airfields.
