This 1943 vintage crashed five weeks later on 9 February 1982. While flying in marginal weather conditions from Manila to Sicogon Island, it struck Mt Ipao on Panay Island killing both pilots and a passenger while 29 other occupants were injured - Canon A1 with FD 80-200mm F/4 SSC Zoom Lens loaded with Kodachrome 64
