This aircraft was developed from the BH-11 for the Challenge Internationale de Tourism race in 1929 by slimming down the fuselage, modifying the rudder, aerodynamically refining the entire structure, using a split landing gear and removing the pylon behind the cockpit. The aircraft's performance did not meet expectations so did not fly in the race. The plane was later transferred to the MLL Nymburk branch where it flew from 1933 to 1938 as OK-LIQ. In 1967, it was donated to the National Technical Museum in Prague, and from there it entered the collection of the museum in 1968.
