Formerly 44-9117 with the USAF as a VC-54E and stored at Davis-Monthan from May 1975. Here it has been fitted with engines and some other components from a former Millardair DC-4 and became C-GQIC (the second) in January 1988. After service with Millardair it went to Buffalo Airways but was destroyed on 28 August 2002 in a non-fatal landing accident at Diavik Airport, NT, Canada when it struck the ground short of the runway.
