This registration was cancelled on 19th February 2008 and the aircraft was transferred to the Indonesian registration PK-BRQ for PT Aviastar Mandiri, Jakarta. In 2021 it was re-registered PK-OTY but on 24th December 2022, whilst flying for PT Rimbun Air, it left the runway on landing at Moanemani Airport, collided with a fence and came to halt in a ditch; no subsequent tracked flights could be found.
