Air Cal took delivery of this 737 on April 1, 1985. Shortly after, American Airlines bought the airline and merged the two carriers in July 1987. Pictured with American titles, the aircraft would be repainted and re-registered N674AA by the next year. Next with Transmed Airlines (SU-BLN) 1992 - 93, it went to Southwest Airlines (N674AA), via Morris Air (N777MA) when merged in 1994. Returned to the lessor in 2008, it was stored at Miami Opa - locka airport and put up for sale by Boeing Capital in 2009.

Delivered to Air Cal Apr 85. Transferred from the acquisition of Air Cal and seen here still in the former operator's colours. Re-reg N674AA Jul 88. Also served Transmed as SU-BLN and Morris Air as N776MA. To Southwest Airlines Sep 94 reverting back to reg N674AA. Retired Aug 2008.
