Parked at Prestwick's Main Terminal in transit on its delivery flight from Israel to Venezuela to join the Guardia Nacional Bolivariana. Built in 1978, formerly 4X-IBX. Written off in a sadly fatal accident on 27 March 1979 when the aircraft became lost on an internal flight and crashed in a ravine during an attempted forced landing at Matthews Ridge Airstrip in Guyana, with 6 of the 9 occupants surviving.
