Stored after two years and revived as photographed in 2018, but apparently for no longer than a year or so.

Looking very smart after revival from six years of storage in Tehran. Sahand (Asia) Airlines acquired two MD-82s and an MD-83 via Ukraine for charter operations, starting as leases in 2011. A year later, all were stored for lack of work. All registered in Iran meanwhile, two of them were taken into operation again in 2018. It appears that second try also lasted no longer than one year.
