Piaggio c/n 254 was one of the first aircraft which arrived from Italy as a kit in 1957. The final assembly took place at Lemwerder; once completed, it was delivered to the Luftwaffe. 65 years later, the aircraft is in private hands and flies from its home base Mühldorf/Inn.
