Into the civil market post war carrying the registrations N3925C and N239JL before coming to Lambair in April 1978. The Commado crashed trying to return to Churchill Airport after developing an engine problem November 13, 1979. There were no fatalities, but the remains of the aircraft are still in the rough terrain just beside the airport
