Originally flying with Korean Air 1981 - 1998, this 747SP was sold back to Boeing as Korean took delivery of 747-400s and 777s. Registered N708BA, the aircraft was slated to become a flying hospital in 2001 for Wings World Wide - The Air Medical Foundation but sold to TransAtlantic International Airlines (TIA) in 2004. I don't believe it left Marana, AZ where it was stored until registered to Pratt & Whitney Canada in 2008.

There is a difference on each side of this SP, in that the Tail logo on the port side has the "Dependable Engines" in French, and English on the starboard side.

One of the two remaining 747SP's that are still airworthy, on display at the Festival Aéronautique Volaria Airshow. This was the first and probably the last time that Pratt & Whitney will be letting the public have a look at one of their 747SP flying testbeds. Both aircraft are based here at Mirabel.
