This was one of a flight of three UH-1Ds being ferried from the Corpus Christi Army Depot, Texas, to Hunter Army Airfield in Georgia after overhaul. This a/c was later converted to a UH-1H. It was retired to MASDC on 8 May 1995, and later transferred to Columbia.
