Originally the aircraft was re-registered 2-BDDE for its life in storage. However, the paperwork took longer than expected and the aircraft had to be reverted back to its former Cypriot registration 5B-DDE. Since stickers are expensive, a low-tech, low-cost solution was implemented by means of a handwritten piece of paper to cover the "2".
