Converted with Toros side looking radar for operation by Polyarnaya Aviatsiya (Polar Aviation) as ice reconnaissance aircraft. Later reconverted and noted as standard An-24 Bykovo in 1994. Withdrawn in 1994 as life time expired and presumed scrapped. Bykovo airport closed down in 2010.

Preserved at the Nakhon Chaisi - Jesada Technik Museum is this Antonov AN-24B in Thailand.

Delivered to Aeroflot as CCCP-46471 in 1972. To Lithuanian Airlines as LY-AAG in 1992 then to Federal Airlines as ST-FAG in 1996. Destroyed in a fatal crash near Khartoum due to sandstorm in 1996.

Delivered to Aeroflot as CCCP-46466 in 1972. Reregistered as RA-46466 by 1993. Used by various operators in ex-Aeroflot colours. Stored at Krasnoyarsk-Cheremshanka by 2002. Returned to service with KrasAvia in 2009. Still in service in 2021.

Delivered to LOT as SP-LTS in 1972. To Balkan as LZ-ANT in 1987. Sold as RA-49290 in 1993 then to Aviostart as LZ-ASZ by 2000, Airlift Service as Z3-AAJ by 2008 and Pamir as YA-PIS in 2010. Destroyed in a fatal crash in a mountain pass in Afghanistan in 2010.

Delivered to Aeroflot as CCCP-46468 in 1972. Reregistered as RA-46468 in 1993. To Komiavia in 1994 but remained in Aeroflot colours then to Komiinteravia in 1998, UTair in 2006 and Turukhan in 2015. Scrapped at Krasnoyarsk-Cheremshanka in 2020.

Del as CCCP-46668 to AFL/North Kavkaz in May'74. In '94, transferred to Kuban Airlines as RA-46668 where it served up to Apr'04. Sold to Pecotox Air as ER-AZL up to Dec'06. Sold to Utage (still ER-AZL) in Jun'07. It was then seen in this colour scheme. In Oct'07 it was canx and it moved to Dr Congo. Early '08 it was seen as S9-KAS at Ambouli and it was advertised for lease in Feb'08 by Starlight Maritime UAE with base given as Iraq. From Jul'08, it was sold to Daallo Airlines in the same c/s with just a Daallo sticker. Badly damaged on 13 Jan'09, after nose-gear failure at Bosaso. Since wfu.

Delivered to Aeroflot as CCCP-46465 in 1972. To Belavia as EW-46465 by 1993. To Gomelair in 1996 and Lionair in 1997. Shot down over Sri Lanka in 1998 killing all 48 passengers and 8 crew.
