Seen at the Flying Show at the National Exhibition Centre, this aircraft is as yet unregistered. At 80% of the size of the original Spitfire this example has a water cooled engine which results in the nose looking more like the original Spitfire than many of the type. There was an optimistic hope that it would fly in January 2013

This smart looking aircraft is an 80% scale replica of a spitfire. The markings are ficitious but somehow appropriate.
