Serial 71-0876 was configured as VIP transport for supreme Allied commander of NATO, it was the last C-9A with USAF. Left Ramstein AB Sep 20 2005 for USA and assigned to USAF Museum. Loaned and put on display at Andrews AFB Museum, Maryland. Offered for sale by GSA auction Feb 18, 2015. Acquired by Waterworld Jet Aviation LLC and ferried from ADW to BWI on May 16, 2017 as N10876. This registration was cancelled on 6th September 2019 but the aircraft remained at BWI wearing that number. On December 3, 2019 it was re registered to Frontera Flight Holdings and ferried out of BWI on June 4. 2020 to SHV (Shreveport) and then to SLW (Saltillo - Plan de Guadalupe) in Mexico.
