Neat cockpit on this LSA.

Representing the RVAC's first foray into the LSA category, this aircraft had been registered for about 3 weeks when photographed heading out for some engine runs. This rego was previously worn by an Ansett B732 and, later, B733.

Though far from old, this Sportstar was attending the Antique Aeroplane Association of Australia's Auster Rally. This is a 2005-production aircraft, first registered in Australia as VH-VPH(2) on 16 March 2006 - see my earlier shot of it at the 2007 Avalon airshow. It was transferred to the RAAus Register on 15 May 2007. The eagle-eyed will also note the Whale in the background!

Early morning arrival all the way from Queensland for static display at the Australian International Airshow. This is a 2005 production aircraft, first registered on 16 March 2006. This rego formerly belonged to an Aeroprakt Foxbat.
