Delivered to the RCAF as 12833 in 1963 and serving mainly in Europe with 1 CAD (439 and 441 Sqds), re-serialled 104855 in the system introduced in the late 1960s. To the RDAF in June 1972 serving with Esk 726 at Aalborg AFB until retired in January 1984. Spent a few years as instructional airframe and slated as a gate guardian, but donated to the Polish Aviation Museum in 2010. It carries the serial 12833 and Esk 726's squadron crest on the left tailplane.
