Delivered new 22nd May 1968 and just a few months after taking this picture, on the 28th Dec 1978 it crashed on approach 10km north of KPDX (Portland) after declaring an emergency due to landing gear problems. During the preparations for an emergency landing the flightcrew failed to notice the amount of fuel left and the aircraft lost all power and crashed into a wooded area
