On charter to the Houston Aeros hockey team which was a World Hockey Association franchise. On start-up to leave, an engine caught fire. After firing the extinguisher bottles, it was taxied out for take-off, during which the engine re-ignited. This time AFF had to put it out. After lengthy repairs to a fire-damaged engine nacelle, it scooted off back over the border while on a test flight. Withdrawn at Dayton Beach/FL in 1994.
