Formerly with the RCAF as 9742 this Canso is pictured on display at the Lone Star Flight Museum. Was damaged when the display hangar was flooded during hurricane "Ike" on 13 Sep 2008. The aircraft became afloat and collided with support beams and several other museum aircraft. To the Pima Air Museum in Aug 2015.

Luckily during my visit to the Lone Star Flight Museum many of the exhibits had been moved outside onto the ramp enabling me to get this shot of a fabulous, rare aircraft. Well done to all the volunteers who give their time to bring this aircraft (ex US Navy 59819) back to life.

'Putt Putt Maru' on display at the Lone Star Flight Museum. This airframe was built for the USAAF as 44-53095 and then served with the Honduran AF as FAH503 (& later 506). Later flying as NL38TF 'Thoughts of Midnite'.
