Delivered to National Airlines in March 1968 and merged into Pan Am in January 1980. Wfu by 1992 and sold as 4K-AZ2 to Azerbaijan Airlines in February 1993. Registered N461RD to Dodson International in May 1999 and leased to Freedom Air Service as 5N-BCY in September 2000.
