Delivered to National Airlines as N4619 in November 1965, merged into Pan Am in January 1980. To Air One in May 1983 and Flying Tigers as N937FT on conversion to freighter in July 1985. Merged into FedEx in August 1989 as N525FE and went on to American International as N728CK in October 1991.
